{"id":1251,"date":"2016-11-08T07:57:46","date_gmt":"2016-11-08T07:57:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osian.cymru\/?p=1251"},"modified":"2025-12-02T15:59:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T15:59:42","slug":"talu-i-gystadlun-y-steddfod-neu-beidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osian.cymru\/en\/talu-i-gystadlun-y-steddfod-neu-beidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Talu i Gystadlu&#8217;n y Steddfod &#8211; neu beidio?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Heddiw dwi&#8217;n ymateb i drafodaeth ddifyr ar <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/podlediad_clera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bodlediad Clera<\/a>&nbsp;mis Hydref yngl\u0177n \u00e2 chystadlu ar y cystadlaethau cyfansoddi llenyddiaeth&nbsp;yn yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol, gan gynnwys&nbsp;rhwystrau technegol megis cyflwyno ar-lein ac&nbsp;a ddylid talu i gystadlu&#8217;n y Steddfod?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cyflwyno Tasgau yn&nbsp;Ddigidol<\/h2>\n<p>Dyma ddatblygiad dwi&#8217;n meddwl y bydd yn anodd iawn i&#8217;r Eisteddfod ymwrthod ag o yn y dyfodol os yw am annog cystadlu ymysg y &#8216;milenials&#8217;. Rydw i yn ddigon hen i wybod lle a sut i brynu stampiau. Ac yn ddigon hen i wybod mai eu llyfu dwi fod i wneud, yn hytrach na defnyddio glud. Ond dwi&#8217;n hen.<\/p>\n<p>Ar y cyfan byddai&#8217;n llawer haws i nifer o gystadleuwyr, dwi&#8217;n si\u0175r. Ond fe fyddai heriau i&#8217;r Eisteddfod hefyd gan na fyddai pawb am newid ychwaith. Bydd rhai ymgeiswyr, yn enwedig y rhai h\u0177n efallai, am barhau i&nbsp;yrru cynnyrch drwy&#8217;r post &#8211; a byddai&#8217;n rhaid cynnal y ddwy ffordd o wneud pethau &#8211; am gyfnod o leiaf.<\/p>\n<p>Byddai her dechnegol hefyd &#8211; ond gallai arbed amser sylweddol i&#8217;r Eisteddfod ei hunan. O&#8217;i weithio&#8217;n iawn &#8211; gellid hepgor ceisiadau annilys yn syth. Gellid trefnu&#8217;r holl gynnyrch i&#8217;r blychau colomen priodol yn awtomatig &#8211; a rhoi mynediad i feirniaid i&#8217;r tasgau priodol yn unig.<\/p>\n<p>Soniodd Eurig ar y podlediad am yr holl amlenni cymhleth sydd angen eu cyflwyno er cyfrinachedd. Does bosib y byddai modd syml o ddileu hyn gydag un &#8216;proffil&#8217; o gystadleuydd nad yw ond ar gael i swyddogion yr Eisteddfod drwy&#8217;r system? Gall y cystadleuwyr fod yn gyfrifol am eu manylion eu hunain trwy fewngofnodi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mae hyn oll yn cyflwyno un her olaf wrth gwrs, sef <strong>argraffu cynnyrch<\/strong>. Sydd yn ei dro yn yn ffordd hir o ddod \u00e2 ni at yr ail bwynt, sef t\u00e2l.<\/p>\n<h2>Talu i Gystadlu&#8217;n y Steddfod<\/h2>\n<p>Ar hyn o bryd mae&#8217;n rhaid talu am bob ymgais sy&#8217;n cael ei gyflwyno. Yn 2017 y gost fydd \u00a35 yr ymgais, ac ar gyfer nifer o gystadlaethau llai, \u00a35 am hyd at 5 ymgais. Felly nid oes angen morgais i gystadlu. Mae rhai wedi wfftio&#8217;r gost yn \u00f4l egwyddor, ond dwi&#8217;n meddwl ei fod yn ddigon&nbsp;rhesymol.&nbsp;Mae&#8217;n atal llif o geisiadau nad ydynt o ddifrif. Mae hefyd yn gyfraniad i dalu am hynny o wenyddiaeth sydd yn agor a threfnu&#8217;r holl amlenni bondigrybwyll. A mynd \u00e2 sieciau i&#8217;r banc. (Pethau na fyddai angen eu gwneud petai system ar-lein, a modd i dalu ar-lein ar yr un pryd, wrth gwrs.)<\/p>\n<p>Ond ai breuddwyd wrach ydi hon?<\/p>\n<p>Ystyriwch hyn: petai pob cynnig yn cael ei yrru&#8217;n ddigidol onid yw&#8217;n debygol mai&nbsp;<em>cynyddu<\/em> fyddai cost cystadlu? Rwy&#8217;n amau&#8217;n gryf y byddai beirniaid am weithio o gop\u00efau caled fel erioed &#8211; ac fe fyddai&#8217;r gost o argraffu cynnyrch felly yn cael ei basio i&#8217;r Eisteddfod&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A chwestiwn anodd wedyn i&#8217;r beirdd a&#8217;r llenorion &#8211; &nbsp;a fyddech chi yn fodlon gadael i rywun arall argraffu, cysodi a styffylu eich gwaith i&#8217;w gyflwyno i&#8217;r beirniaid? Beth petai&#8217;r tudalennau terfynol yn y drefn anghywir?!<\/p>\n<p>Go brin y bydd yr Eisteddfod eisiau i achosion llys gael eu dwyn yn eu herbyn am gam-styffylu tasgau, nes gorfod talu iawn am sarhad a cham y cystadleuwyr!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Felly, ai talu i gystadlu&#8217;n y Steddfod, ai peidio? Dydi hi ond yn iawn talu yn fy marn i &#8211; ond awgrymwn y gellid hwyluso&#8217;r drefn i&#8217;r cystadleuwyr a&#8217;r Eisteddfod fel ei gilydd.
